Jennifer Holmes

Beyond Now Consulting was created by Jennifer Rodecki-Holmes in 2020. At just 18 years old, Jennifer knew that she wanted to make a big impact in the field of special education.

Over the past 10 years, Jennifer has provided dozens of trainings to classroom teachers, paraprofessionals, and school districts. She has consulted on Due Process cases, functional behavior assessments, and IEP developments for students across North and South Carolina. She has also worked as an adjunct professor for Winthrop University since 2013. Jennifer is passionate about helping students with disabilities grow to their fullest potential, and enjoys bringing teams together to make learning meaningful and accessible for every learner.

Jennifer currently resides in Belmont, NC with her husband, daughter, son, and dog. She provides contract work to local school districts and supervises interns majoring in special education at Winthrop University. Additionally, she supports aspiring BCBAs by providing supervision hours.
