Expert Witness
Jennifer Holmes, M.Ed., BCBA, has experience testifying as an expert witness in Due Process cases in the following states:
- North Carolina
- Georgia
Jennifer has been declared an expert witness in the following areas:
- special education
- autism spectrum disorders
- behavior
Expert Witness Packages Include:
- Review of records
- Interviews with parents and/or school staff
- Observations (upon request for an additional fee)
- Expert Witness Report
- Court testimony (if needed – many of Jennifer's cases settle prior to going to court)
FOR ASPIRING BCBAS
Supervision
Jennifer Holmes, M.Ed., BCBA, provides supervision for aspiring BCBAs. Jennifer has taken the BACB required 8-hour supervision course and has been supervising BCBA candidates since 2018. She offers a variety of activities designed to help BCBA candidates analyze real-world scenarios and develop applicable skills for their future careers.
BCBA Supervision includes:
- Monthly Units
- Restricted Observations (virtual or in-person)
- Unrestricted Activities
- Virtual Meetings
- Consultative Support
- Access to Jennifer's Data Collection Protocols
- Affordable Payment Plans
$125 Per hour

$1,200 per day
Full Day Trainings
$2,800
(Includes records review, parent interview, expert report, preparation, and expert testimony. Observations are available for additional fee.)
